1) IT Projects Managers / Sr. Software Engineers

Location : Chantilly, VA

Job Description:
Responsible for IT projects management including projects planning, coordination, scheduling, preparation and presentation of technical documentations for IT Projects solicitation and proposals to clients and other team members, perform IT projects systems/applications requirements gathering, analysis and specifications, design and develop applications/systems workflows and interfaces, ensure quality assurance, integration and deployment of Projects and lead in the testing and implementation of the projects, systems/applications, using diversified programming languages, technologies and tools. Chantilly, VA with some domestic travels to clients/projects sites.

Key Requirements / Job Skills (mandatory)

  • BS in Computer Science/Engineering, Software Engg or MIS/IS and 6 years related experiences.
  • Which should include at least 2-years experiences in managing, planning and/or coordination of IT/SW development Projects/products or technical team.
  • Employer will accept a combination of 2 or 3 years degrees or diplomas which together are determined by a professional evaluation service or college professor or admissions officer to be equivalent to a BS degree.

2) Digital Video Test Engineer

Location : Ashburn, VA

Job Description:
Sets up, manages, and reports on all testing activities, including the overall development and definition of the testing strategy, test plans, test cases, testing resources, and testing environments, as well as test execution.

Key Requirements / Job Skills (mandatory)

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills – Must be able to understand instructions and to communicate issues to their test leads.
  • Experience with complex process flow and business rules

Digital Video (mandatory)

  • Video Post Production with a Major Studio or Broadcaster

3) Video Performance Test Engineer
Location : Waltham, MA

Job Description:

  • Expertise with Over the Top (OTT) Technologies including Apple HTTP Live Streaming (HLS) and Microsoft Smooth Streaming.
  • Ability to provision and manage Web Servers (Microsoft ISS & Apache) for streaming technologies (Origin Servers).
  • Familiarity with Velocix Content Delivery networks (CDN)
  • Analyze requirements, write test plans, construct test beds, execute test cases and document results.
  • Conduct periodic status meetings with vendor and client on testing and trouble ticket status.
  • Maintain all requisite records, policies and procedures to support ISO certified organization. Strong written and verbal communications and presentation skills

Day to day activities include:

  • Read and review product documentation and manuals, requirements and design documents.
  • Create and follow test plans to cover specific requirements.
  • Getting into a setup with limited information, and quickly understand the situation and identify potential problems.
  • Apply a systematic process to narrow down and identify the root cause of problems.
  • Explain technical problems and scenarios using non-technical language.
  • Work in a team sharing documents and communicating information.
  • Ability to follow processes, but to think outside of the box. Familiarity with traditional Video Head Ends (Trancoding, Muxing, Conditional Access, VoD, etc.) is a must.
4) System Administrator

  • VMWare Datacenter Virtualization (VCP or VCAP certification or equivalent experience); VMWare vSphere – ESX/ESXi at least 4.x,; installation and upgrade (cloning) of the entire VM environment; backup and restore using snapshot technology.
  • HP c7000 BladeSystem, NAS, VLANS, TCP/IP – and Flex-10 or Virtual Connect.
  • High Availability analysis and testing

5) Java Developer
Location : Irving, TX

Job Description:

  • 6+ years experience in Java application development
  • Specialization: J2EE architecture, Java programming, Web logic.
  • Key Responsibilities & Projects: Design, coding, unit testing of key marketing and strategic deliverables. Good understanding of weblogic to trouble shoot production (deployment) problems and recommend tuning.
  • Operating Systems SunOS, Linux/Windows
  • Database: Oracle 8i, 9i, 10G
  • Languages/Development Tools Java, Eclipse or other equivalent IDE, jUnit or other equivalent tool for testing, Jprobe or other equivalent tool for debugging. JDBC & JMS must. MQ experience desired.

6) .Net developer
Location : Irving, TX

Job Description:

  • Design, develop, test and coordinate deployment of IT initiatives into non
  • prod and prod environments
  • Use software engineering, PCI and security (SPI) standards for design and development
  • Analyze and translate business requirements in to detail design
  • Create detail design specification document for development team
  • Coordinate with offshore teams in India, using the global service delivery model, for development, testing and deployment activities
  • Develop monitoring and metrics reporting scripts for performance assurance

Required Skills and Education

Job Description:

  • Proven end-to-end software development lifecycle IT Program/Project Management skills
  • Experience managing multiple IT projects end to end completing the delivery of the IT requirements
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities that are in different phases of the IT Release timeline
  • Excellent MS Project, Excel, Word and Outlook skills
  • Ability to host review and update sessions to clarify requirements to set clear expectations and gain consensus from IT development, IT test and clients for each IT release

8) Business Intelligence Lead
Location : Philadelphia, PA

Job Description:
In this position, the individual will be responsible for planning, designing, architecting, and managing business intelligence solutions. These solutions support the decision making of external users, Senior Management Team, Business Analysts from core departments (Operations Management, Finance, Billing, Sales). Business Intelligence Solutions will be constructed by utilizing but not limited to the Microsoft SQL Server Business Intelligence Tool Suite. This individual may work closely with all members of business reporting hierarchy. The Business Intelligence Analyst II will provide support where needed to Manager of Business Intelligence and stand in as department Manager when requested.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The primary functions of the Business Intelligence Team Leader include (but not limited to):

  • Development of enterprise-wide and external client reporting solutions
  • Development of T-SQL queries and MDX Scripts
  • Development and design of end-user reports (SSRS, WebFocus, Tableau Software)
  • Performing testing of reporting solutions
  • Perform the analysis and design for Business Intelligence projects
  • Coordinate multi-departmental project teams and design stakeholder roles.
  • Assure compilation of necessary business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Assess and assign specific tasks to Business Intelligence Analysts as required by business/technical requirements
  • Produce project documentation (e.g., process flow, E-R diagrams, test plan, mockups, project plan)
  • Implement Business Intelligence Solutions
  • Implement ETL processes (Data Transformation Services) needed for Business Intelligence initiatives
  • Implement data architecture work involving SQL Server Enterprise Tools (Stored Procedures, Tables, Views, User Defined Functions)
  • Implement cube architecture using SQL Server Analysis Manager
  • Implement reporting architecture utilizing approved reporting platforms.
  • Assist in implementation of data warehouses and reporting data marts
  • Test Business Intelligence data and reporting architecture solutions
  • Assist in training business users on how to utilize Business Intelligence solutions.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Data mining experience desired.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (MIS or DSS degree preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years experience architecting with SQL Server tools, working extensively with complex databases, warehouses, data marts.
  • Minimum 2 years experience designing and creating advanced reporting solutions, a significant portion of which are OLAP-based reporting solutions.
  • Minimum of 2 years agile development experience

Computer Skills:

  • Ability to quickly learn and master reporting software. Mastery of at least one of the following reporting tools: Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services or WebFocus.
  • Significant experience building concise analytical applications.
  • Project design tool use, e.g., MS Project, Visio, Erwin.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Tableau software for the benefit of data analysis.
  • Ability to quickly interpret data structures and complicated SQL within a team environment of agile development and rapid deployment.
  • Experience using ETL tools which rely on SQL to synthesize analytical data structures. Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services strongly desired.
